Secure intake

Masters first, then vouchers in batches, into TallyPrime. Success is read from Tally's own response — not just an HTTP 200.

We pull the trial balance back from Tally and match it to BUSY. If a single figure disagrees, the job is flagged — never quietly closed.

We list features by how far they're validated. Production means import-and-reconcile proven. In validation means captured and mapped, but not yet certified — so you always know what you're getting.

Which BUSY and Tally versions do you support?+
We migrate from BUSY 21 (Release 14.x, validated) into TallyPrime. Extraction is via BUSY's own XML export or a backup you provide. Other versions can be checked during pre-flight before any work starts.
Will you change anything in my BUSY data?+
No. Extraction is strictly read-only. We never write to, unlock, brute-force or alter your BUSY database or its password protection. Your original file is hashed and preserved unchanged.
What if the numbers don't match?+
Then the job is not marked complete. We reconcile the trial balance (plus sales and GST) between BUSY and Tally; any mismatch is flagged for review rather than silently delivered. Zero tolerance for missing accounting records.
How is one company / one financial year defined?+
It's the billing unit: ₹999 + GST covers exactly one company for one FY. If a source file spans multiple companies or years, we split it into separate jobs so nothing is accidentally merged or missed.
Do you support automatic two-way sync?+
Not yet. DataXchange today is a reliable one-time BUSY → Tally transfer. A continuous sync agent is planned only after the transfer product is proven with real customers.
Is my data kept after the migration?+
Working copies are deleted on a retention schedule once your migration is confirmed. We keep only the minimal audit record needed — never your full accounting dataset indefinitely.
